Strength & Conditioning Specialist
Advanced program design for athletic performance, periodization, and functional velocity programming.

- Location: Tapout Fitness, Baluwatar
- Prerequisite: CPT or equivalent

International Personal Fitness Trainer Certification by IFPA (Globally Recognized, NCCA Accredited)
We provide a comprehensive curriculum covering anatomy, exercise science, client assessment, and nutrition. Study using online and classroom resources, pass the 2.5-hour NCCA-accredited examination, and earn a global certification valid for 2 years.

Core Curriculum
Scientific Foundation
Anatomy, Physiology, Energy Systems, and Functional Biomechanics.
Fitness Nutrition
Clean nutrition, macronutrient partitioning, and safe sports supplementation.
Practical Application
Functional & isolation exercises, cardiorespiratory training, movement standards.
Exercise Programming
Resistance and cardiorespiratory program design based on client assessments.
Special Population
Protocols for injuries, metabolic diseases, elderly, youth, and prenatal clients.
Weightlifting & Skills
Olympic lifts, muscle-ups, handstands, and advanced bodyweight progressions.
Behaviour & Personality
Behavior change psychology, motivation, and addressing personality barriers.
Yoga Fundamentals
Core yoga philosophies, postural alignment, and flexibility integration.
Emergency Procedures
Full First Aid and CPR techniques for training safety.
NYFA Exams & Evaluation
Passing Score
Minimum 175 out of 250 total marks

- Maintain CEUs
Stay up to date. A minimum of 2 Continuing Education Units are required for re-certification every 2 years.
