International Personal Fitness Trainer Certification by IFPA (Globally Recognized, NCCA Accredited)

We provide a comprehensive curriculum covering anatomy, exercise science, client assessment, and nutrition. Study using online and classroom resources, pass the 2.5-hour NCCA-accredited examination, and earn a global certification valid for 2 years.

Olympic lifts, muscle-ups, handstands, and advanced bodyweight progressions.

Behaviour & Personality

Behavior change psychology, motivation, and addressing personality barriers.

Yoga Fundamentals

Core yoga philosophies, postural alignment, and flexibility integration.

  • Completing Any Given Task

    Whatever task is given to you, complete it with a sense of responsibility.

  • Maintain Friendly Behaviour

    Your behavior will add value towards team bonding, so present yourself openly.

  • Maintain CEUs

    Stay up to date. A minimum of 2 Continuing Education Units are required for re-certification every 2 years.
